Personally, I appreciate the offer every now and then to purchase under retail. I have spent, out of pocket, probably more than $2,000 at CPAP.com this year and will continue to purchase from them. In fact, I am currently awaiting a delivery right now from them. I have every receipt any can easily calculate the total amount that i have purchased from CPAP.com.

I certainly have offered support to our hosts but, at the same time, I like a good deal every now and then. I don't believe I'm in the minority with this thinking.

The original poster is being grilled for posting so often. The way I see it is that his post count is increasing because he feels the need to reply to all of the negative posts thrown his way from one or two repeated posters on this one thread. One poster in particular must have ten or twelve negative posts alone.

I have purchased from the OP; he is sincere, and offers new products at acceptable prices. He has stated multiple times that he will stop selling if our gracious hosts ask him to do so. I fail to see why there is a crusade against him for the reasons listed above. JamesAllen is obviously filling a void or would not have any business. Again, out of pocket users like myself like a good deal every now and then. It doesn't mean we have quit using CPAP.com. Perhaps we are able to trial a product that we otherwise wouldn't have a chance to try out. If that is the case, and we end up liking the equipment, it increases business for CPAP.com in the long run as, more than likely, we would purchase this item from them the next time.

I am fairly new to this forum and have learned an awful lot from different posters, Pugsy has been especially kind. I am not looking to make any enemies but feel that if you have no interest in purchasing from this poster, please hold your thoughts and move on to the next subject. This has gotten into the realm of being ridiculous. JamesAllen is obviously filling a void or he wouldn't be getting responses.

Sleep well all,

No one has debated whether there is a market/interest, only whether it is appropriate for those posts to be on this forum.

Can you imagine a food truck parking in and operating out of a restaurant's parking lot?

Jamie,

Yesterday, I received the two masks I ordered from you. I paid with PayPal, you sent the tracking number to me, mailed the equipment Priority Mail, and the brand new, manufacturer packaged masks arrived in two days. Impressive. Two days delivery time!

I'm very appreciative.

Thank you Jamie!!!

CPAP.com: I received the universal plugs (I will need these soon) and the two replacement pillows for the Swift FX mask, size medium, on Thursday. In addition, this past Friday I ordered an Aloha mask, an extra Aloha face strap, and another container of cleaning wipes. I wanted to buy over $100 worth of merchandise so I could meet the requirement for free shipping. Also, I took advantage of your current offer of 15% off of everything in your store (Thank you)!

For all of the negative posters: please think about your behaviors. By being so negative and irritating, you may actually cause the opposite effect you are looking for in trying to be a champion for our hosts; you may be chasing people away.

As far a lunch trucks, if you have ever been to NYC or Washington DC, you will realize an awful lot of lunch trucks materialize at lunch time in the downtown area. You will not find them in parking lots of restaurants but you can find them very close to the front of these very restaurants. Throughout the year, most people eat at both the lunch trucks and the restaurants; just like shoppers making choices here.

I, personally, have bought CPAP equipment from four or five different sources. The vast majority, now close to $2,500, has been purchased out of pocket from CPAP.com. I can't believe that people feel the need to tell others where they should spend their money. Unreal.

Our hosts have a voice and are able to chime in any time. Otherwise, for the sake of friendliness, if you don't care to purchase from the OP, please do not feel the need to chime in to this thread.

I realize the value of this forum and have learned a lot here. This is one of the reasons that I like shopping at their website.

For those contemplating purchasing from James or Jamie: for what it's worth, I have purchased from them twice. Both transactions went extremely well and very smooth. I do not know them personally, was sceptical at first, and now they have my trust and I would recommend them.

Sincerely and without any animosity,

TheWino

I second that Wino.....you took the words right out of my mouth. ...I have made a third very large transaction from James Allen today. I have spent a pretty penny with him and would not do so if they were not trustworthy.....Thank you James and Jamie for your awesome deals and spectacular service.......

Thank you Jamie, I received my Quattro FF mask today and it came just in time. I was having a hard time controlling Mike's leaks and he's not due for a new mask until mid-Sept. Some of you might be interested in some background on this transaction. I've been wanting to try the F&P Flexifit 431 which features the chin support and comes in 3 sizes. I'm always looking for the perfect everything for dear hubby. Unfortunately it didn't work at all but I wrote to Jamie and thanked her anyway. Without hesitating she said she would send me a new Quattro and that I could do as I wished with the Flexifit. So I'll be paying it forward to a forum friend who uses that same mask. For some of us who are still looking for the holy grail but have limited funds, this service provided is a lifesaver. I'm a very loyal customer of cpapdotcom and have made many purchases through the years and will continue to do so but having some good honest sellers to help us at affordable prices is a bonus.
