If you don't have the new Auto Bipap, I believe I would not update to the 1.5. It is mostly for accessing the auto bipap information. You would not gain any information and the 1.4 is compatible with My Encore. There is a service Pack for the 1.4 that was just recently out. It doesn't affect the My Encore so it is worth loading.

Hi Derekderek wrote:... and if so did MyEncore continue to work? I have downloaded 1.5, but am a bit hesitant to install it tonight, because if it is incompatible with MyEncore I will have trouble supporting the current version in the future. I'll bite the bullet tomorrow, but I'd appreciate it if anybody can let me know how things went with the upgrade.

I don't even know where to go to upgrade. Can anyone fill me in? Are there any major new features in 1.5 or is it just a bug fix?
Thanks.

Encore Pro 1.5
From the description of the update, I am not exactly dying to fiddle with my working installation. As someone already noted, I am quite happy with my current level.
