Remstar Pro

Post by abburk1 » Thu Oct 29, 2009 6:05 am

My husband just got a Remstar Pro w/ Cflex. It was a used one, since our insurance will not pay for it. We are having a problem. It comes up with an error 15. Does anyone know what this means? Also does anyone have a clinical maunal that they could share with us?

Thanks,

Barb

I believe this is for the Pro2 and it should be similar to the plain Pro. Wulfman should be along later to confirm or tell us what else it might be. Doesn't look good though.

E-15 ERR_ARM_UNDEFINED_INSTRUCTION_EXCEPTION •Defective FLASH chip •Replace Main PCA

The E-15 error code for the older (plain) REMstar Pro w/C-Flex is this:

15 * Rotor Locked - The motor could not be started * Replace blower assembly If error persists, replace Main PCA

I hope you didn't pay a lot of money for it.
There are lots of inexpensive machines out there now.....CPAPAuction.com and Craig's List.
