I just starting using the Quattro ffm and I find the upper forhead stap slips out by those slits in the plastic on either side. Maybe I don't know all the adjustments. The good news is it doesn't leak, but I also didn't feel enough pressure coming through. My pressure is 14 and I do not ramp.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

I'm no expert but there is a round knob below the forehead support that can be turned - clockwise tightens the mask over the forehead area. How do you know you aren't receiving the correct pressure?

Thanks for the advice on the knob I will try it.
I feel the pressure isn't good because I am comparing it to other masks. I have 4 that I have been trying. I felt a little suffocating. Part of this is due to not having leaks too. I could only wear it last night for two hours. I am very new at this too.

There is no excuse for your nose to have that blister you described in your other thread. Check with your DME, how long have you been using it? Most have a swap out within 30 day policy if it doesn't work. Find something that doesn't turn your nose into hamburger.
If nothing else, go try everyone the DME has till you find one that works, THEN buy it maybe even on cpapauction.
I have been using it for about 3 weeks now. It wasn't a problem at first with pressure at CPAP 15 but now I am at APAP 15-20 and normally staying around 18-19. The mask tends to blow off of my face causing me to tighten it. Doc told me yesterday to loosen the mask and live with more leakage until my nose heals.
I don't know how willing the DME that I got my mask from will be to help me due to me firing them. I will try to have them take it back and credit my insurance so that my new DME can charge for another one. I'm not sure how that's going to work out.
Realized I needed help when I woke up halfway in the wrong lane on the highway and saw oncoming traffic trying to dodge me. Fell asleep again in <2miles.

Ooops. Probably will not have a good outcome. I didn't realize you had fired that DME. I fired my first one also but I never got anything from them except the runaround. Do the best you can till you can try a different mask. Maybe go to the new DME and try several on, get an idea of maybe one to try, watch the auction, might pick up a good deal. Also simply explain the situation to the new DME, they might have some workable solution. The answer is always "no" if you never ask.......
Good luck
