It just keeps getting worse

Just a thought about the postie, if you see him acting inappropriattely on a regualr basis as it seems you do, have you considered videoing him in action so that you have proof for the postmaster, even if you do not have a video camera many mobile phones and digital still cameras will take short runs of video. Deliberate mishandling of mail is a serious issue and needs to be dealt with.

I don't know about your system but her we can pay a higher dellivery price that is quicker, usually guaranteed to be over night for major cities and the packages have a reciept number and has to be signed for by the reciever, the sender then also gets confirmation of the delivery. it is not that much more expensive for smallish packages such as a mask- i am sure you would have a similar system available

Yeah I thought about doing it but the last couple times it's been yet another carrier who seems to be doing it right. I was just as disbelieving as slinky when I watched this kid delivering the mail. All the way down the street yapping on the phone while just throwing the mail willy nilly toward the boxes
