Thanks, DreamDiver, but its NOT the doctor's words I am interested in. The full scored data summary report w/condensed graphs is more the raw data such as the xray film (raw data) vs the radiologist's dictation.

I just caught up on this thread now - I'm so glad you an Birdshell are OK.

Try wirting the letter as angry as it comes out - and then put it aside for a few days. After you've got the anger written down, you'll be better able to prune the letter into something more polite.

Actually, I'm just going to follow the "form" letter for HIPAA from the Department of Health & Human Services to request that full scored data summary report from Mayo's sleep center for now to speed up the process of getting it or filing the complaint w/DHHS.

That will give me time to get all my "b*tching" out of my system and a diplomatic letter of my "disappointments" w/their sleep center written in place of this angry tirade I'm coming up w/right now. Actually, I've cooled that "b*tching" letter down some already. Just not near enough yet.

I am just SO DISAPPOINTED in this Mayo department. It is just so FOREIGN to all of our previous experiences at Mayo in other departments!!!

I did find that NicoletOne is mostly, basically a neurological diagnostic system but there is a module called NicoletOne Sleep which must be what Mayo is currently using.
