This has probably been covered elsewhere, but...
If my leak rate is low, does that mean I'm not mouth breathing?
I'm thinking about mouth-taping to keep my AHI down, but not sure it's necessary.

I'd say, yes, low leak rate means you're not mouthbreathing....nor is your mask leaking. If you're getting a nice low leak rate, you're way ahead of the game on both counts!Weezer wrote:If my leak rate is low, does that mean I'm not mouth breathing?

That is assuming he has his mask leak rate set to match, on his Resmed machine correctly. I imagine many are not set correctly....
