To answer the original question in the thread, many of us have cut the hose out of the "lockbox" on the top of the Aura, which results in a free floating hose. You then have to secure it somehow, so that you don't twist the interface on your face. I hang it from the top of the head board.
But even before I cut the headgear off of the mask, it didn't go back far enough that it interfered with my sleep. Just hang it from the headboard and you can sleep on your stomach, side, or back.
It's noisy, but a very very comfortable interface.
