CBD (from cannabis) oil and deep sleep

Legal everywhere, and affordable:
Tryptophan is found in dairy and other protein sources.
The glass of warm milk is no joke--it really works.
Some plant-based foods may also contain tryptophan.

I've already tried L-Tryptophan as a supplement, helped me fall asleep easier, but didn't help concerning the sleep duration.

I've tried many supplements and nothing works like the cbd/thc tincture, unfortunately even though its legal in my state my job does random, so no good sleep for me.

Worked now over 200 hours in the last 4 weeks and no end in sight to the mandatory overtime. 2021 is turning out worse than 2020.

You can try just CBD right? Don't think that will show up on a drug test, just THC. I ordered some high CBD hemp. Hemp has to have almost no THC.

Cbd without the thc doesn't work for me and can still show up in drug tests. Not worth the risk.

I came across this thread by chance and wanted to add something. In my case, CBD really made a difference for deep sleep, especially after stressful periods. The regular oil didn’t help me much, but I found that the products from Joy Organics work much better for me – they have mint-infused options, which is a big plus in my opinion.
