I received it as a replacement from the company after the original DreamStation recall but had already purchased another Cpap machine before I received this one. As mentioned, it is brand new and with complete, unopened original packaging.

I have one too. Got it from the Phillips replacement deal. I had gone through an AutoSet 10 and on a second when it arrived. My DME says they are not recalled but cannot be bought through them due to a ban on the sale of Phillips PAP machines. Why that applies to the new and improved ones sent out as replacements I don't know.
