The 2am one was 30 seconds. I took a screenshot of the events list for both May 19th with the higher pressure and April 29th with the capped pressure. Several long apneas around 20-40 seconds with the lower pressure. I don't have Fitbit sleep data for that night. They are 10-15 seconds long on the night with the higher pressure. That night my fitbit sleep score was 91.

I am 63 with a normal ekg and normal heart ultrasound. My ex was a holter tech and put one on me in 1985. He said my heart rate went crazy in the middle of the night. 1985? Time for another one. All kinds of reasons you might be having a high heart rate.
I agree. I don't think anyone thought about sleep apnea causing the high heart rate on the 1985 holter on a 25 year old fit female.

I will talk to my doctor about it. I do get tachycardia from albuterol and use levabuterol because of it. I have family members with AFib, and hope I am not developing it. I upgraded to an Apple Watch last weekend just to get a little added heart rate data and the AFib detection. Seeing 4 dates of increased heart rate while sleeping got my attention for sure. Thanks for the advice.
