Thanks zonker. It's a little baffling to me that an AHI of 1-2 can still result in feeling destroyed the next day, migraines, etc. Esp since (as I understand it) the threshold is an AHI of 5 to be diagnosed with OSA.
i get it. but you've got to remember you started this thread like this-

I've used an Resmed 10 for about 18 months with no unusual leakage. My Resmed iOS app would generally be 100/100 points per night. But for the last 4 months it's started dipping to as low as 88 (e.g. 8/20 for leaks).
your therapy needed some adjustment to rid yourself of those leaks. by ridding yourself of those leaks, things improved. now they need more time to settle in, is what i'm thinking. i don't know what all needed improving in those 18 months, but i'll bet than your therapy wasn't optimized. now it may well be. time will tell.

to linn you say-

"Feeling pretty good! Still didn't sleep long enough (exercised and ate late, and thus went to bed too late). But not dragging an hour after getting up like I was two weeks ago with the huge leaks."

these things can be subjective. you might want to keep a journal or at least write down somewhere how you feel before you check the numbers. leave settings alone and wait two weeks to see how you feel then.
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

100%. I always check in before checking the numbers and log how I feel. Super useful to get the qual and quant. Thanks for all your help!
