is it likely I have sleep apnea based on these results?
What does this OSCAR data mean?

Re: What does this OSCAR data mean?
Unless you tell us you have a lot of nasal congestion going on I would say that there is a very strong probability that you have some sort of sleep disordered breathing going on and obstructive sleep apnea would be at the top of the list.

Re: What does this OSCAR data mean?
You have to realize that without the machine reducing the events, your AHI (Events per hour) would have been much higher.

Re: What does this OSCAR data mean?
thank you for the unfortunate news and kind welcome. do you think there is enough leaking to be concerned about my mask fit? should I raise the maximum pressure since i am often near the upper limit?
Re: What does this OSCAR data mean?
Not enough leak to worry about unless it wakes you up.
The machine can easily compensate for leaks up to at least 24 L/min and actually does a fair job up to a little over 30 L/min.
Yes, go ahead and increase the maximum. Obviously the machine wants to go upwards and is essentially setting a new minimum anyway. I would just set it to 20 cm and see where it goes. It won't go up without a good reason.
