What does this OSCAR data mean?

Unless you tell us you have a lot of nasal congestion going on I would say that there is a very strong probability that you have some sort of sleep disordered breathing going on and obstructive sleep apnea would be at the top of the list.

You have to realize that without the machine reducing the events, your AHI (Events per hour) would have been much higher.

thank you for the unfortunate news and kind welcome. do you think there is enough leaking to be concerned about my mask fit? should I raise the maximum pressure since i am often near the upper limit?

Not enough leak to worry about unless it wakes you up.
The machine can easily compensate for leaks up to at least 24 L/min and actually does a fair job up to a little over 30 L/min.

Yes, go ahead and increase the maximum. Obviously the machine wants to go upwards and is essentially setting a new minimum anyway. I would just set it to 20 cm and see where it goes. It won't go up without a good reason.
