Apologies for jumping into this conversation but does the Dreamstation have better filtration than the Airsense 10. The reason Im asking as I believe I have nocturnal asthma

That would depend *entirely* on which filter you use in the Air10 machines, since with them, you have a choice.

I use the Hypoallergenic filter in My Airsense 10 but do find that dust can appear to bypass it

Pretty much any filter is going to pass something

I use the regular filter, plus a hypo filter and then an AB filter in the hose, each one picks up something that the previous one let through. and I'm sure the AB filter is letting something through, but between the three of them, I get less pollen and other stuff so my nose is less congested at night.

I never thought about using the normal and a AB filter at the same time. They both seem to fit Ok into the Airsense 10 but I have never read that you are suppose to use both at the same time.

I never read that you were "supposed" to either.

I just do it.

I do a lot of things I'm not "supposed" to do, like treat myself with cpap :D
