Refresh my memory please....do you have a medical condition that is responsible for the nocturia?
I can't promise to remember it but I promise to try.

Are you experiencing any nasal congestion to speak of?

How are you feeling and sleeping in general apart from the bathroom breaks?

Any issues with leaks (even tiny ones) or mask comfort?

I have always had to pee frequently. Doc said PSA was fine. I was drinking a fair amount of iced tea last night.

If I cut off liquids after dinner, I’ll still get up 2 times or so. I also pee fairly often during the day.

Since starting CPAP I’m not sleepy during the day. I feel pretty good.

I’m a side sleeper, so I’ll occasionally knock the mask askew, but not often.

Also regarding leaks. Not usually a problem. I do use the auto on and off. I think that may possibly show up as a major brief leak.

Based on my latest screen shot, should I change EPR?

You aren't using EPR right now....is that correct?
Are you having any difficulties exhaling against the pressure? If so, you might add in EPR and see how it feels.
Bear in mind that using EPR effectively lowers the pressure on exhale so you might need a little more minimum to offset that drop during exhale if you see an increase in OAs or hyponeas if you add in EPR.
As to what setting on EPR.....try all 3 settings and use the one that feels the most comfortable to you.

Pugsy-

I am not useng any EPR now, and so far I have not felt the need.
The machine is definitely blowing harder now, so perhaps this may be a good idea.

One of the other's mentioned using EPR due to my flow limitations.
If that seems like a good idea, I suppose I'd need to pop my minimum pressure up a bit.

I'm having some PC issues, so I can't post a chart at the moment, but I changed 2 things last night vs. the previous night. I put EPR on 1, and I really limited my beverage intake. I only got up 2 times during the night, and my AHI was 0.8 according to the LCD panel.

I'm having my PC rebuilt this week. Once that's done, I will report back.
