I could see via the tracking number that the package was sent out several days after I had said I was done and that is when I came unglued. My hair might be grey now but the redhead still lives inside me. Since they refuse to return calls I went into their office asked for a manager and told them they were taking that stuff back and that I had better *@$&ing not see those charges show up on my insurance. I really don't like having to throw a fit but enough is enough. They have charged me out of pocket over $400 for a machine and supplies that my insurance has paid everything but $97. There is more but this message is turning into a book that no one wants to read
