My wife allows me no more than 2 CPAP-related statements per day. She says I should join CPAP anonymous

Kinda funny but I'm driving my family crazy with all my CPAP talk. I basically started measuring my life in pre and post-CPAP days. For me its night and day when I use it versus when I don't, and they will have to pry the machine from my cold dead hands.

....

Its also become somewhat of a hobby

....

Ditto!

I am so happy that I was diagnosed. I honestly hate to think how bad things would have been had I not been.

So yes, I am a "convert" to XPAP.

Even find myself "preaching" a bit now and then. NOT a good idea at social gatherings to bring up the subject in conversation casually "are you aware that approx 50% of middle aged men and 25% of middle aged women have moderate obstructive sleep apnea, oh and could you pass me a gherkin please?"

I just feel so incredibly lucky. Not only because I was diagnosed but also because CPAP has really made a difference.
So, for a long time I talked about OSA and CPAP a lot to everyone.
Maybe even had a bit of a crazed look at times.
I am trying to stop doing this.

Ah, NO.
Don't like using it, don't like having a thing strapped to my face, don't feel better. Am still using it, however, but certainly not addicted to it or spewing about the joy of CPAP.
