Yes, there is no 'reset' I'll ber the op was having some swj in the last hour that caused the whole "issue*.

Also, yes I'd set min pressure to 8.

OK guys. I know I haven't posted in here in a few weeks. That was mainly because the issue I was having HAD stopped, but now it has started again. I woke up this morning to a number of 16.6 on my machine, but Sleepyhead is only saying it's 6. Here is my graph from my sleep last night into this afternoon. Suggestions?

Suggestions for what?

You do understand that what you are seeing on the machine is reflecting the most recent session and not the entire night?
It's a new session because of the Noon thing per the machine starting a new session at Noon every day and you sleep past noon.

You can ignore it or change the clock on the machine and that's pretty much your choices...or quit sleeping past noon per the machine clock.

This most recent report shows a break in therapy line at 12:00....were you awake or semi awake for that last 90 minutes from 12:00 to 13:30?
If not fully asleep then probably the bulk of that elevated AHI for that 90 minute session is just SWJ and to be ignored anyway.

I was mostly referring to the end of my sleep for that chart, where all the events happened toward the end. So if I woke up and was "half asleep" for most of those events, that could be the cause?

Yes. If half asleep and/or in and out of sleep often with some tossing and turning thrown in then the bulk of those flagged events might be SWJ or sleep/wake/junk false positive flags.
To learn to spot the difference watch the videos here

Awake/semi awake false positive events simply don't count. They do mess with the numbers but not much we can do about them.
When you have a separate session you can turn off that session and at least hide the numbers but they are still there.
Look on the left side.....scroll all the way down to the bottom where it lists the sessions.
If you have a separate session starting at 12:00 you can click on it and turn it off....change from green to red...and whatever happened during that session will be removed from the numbers.

I have had nights where every single flagged event was related to an arousal or awake breathing. If you aren't asleep...they just don't count and we just have to mentally ignore them.

That is a bit reassuring. This was probably my problem the entire time.
