My DME is awesome, he is so accommodating and he even gave me a free CPAP pillow for my troubles and said that if resmed didn’t act on my warranty claim within another week that he would have just given me a new machine.

Sounds like you have a great DME. My first DME was really good, but they lost their Medicare contract, so I had to change. I found a new one fairly close to my home that I will check out in the next few days.

Yeah my DME here seems decent. Pricey (they’re all like that here) but the service is great. The owner hangs out at the location I go to and so we got to know each other so that probably helps me get some extra throw ins
