DreamMapper Server Error?

Post by Fredricr1 » Sun Feb 09, 2020 4:33 am

Using the Dreamstation since August 2019 and DreamMapper (iOS) to keep an eye on my usage and AHI. About 2 days ago (oddly, 6 months to the day that I registered my device), I started getting “Cannot connect to the DreamMapper server” error messages. I tried logging out and now it doesn’t even recognize my login info/email to get back in - the DM app says my email address is not in their system. I haven’t done anything to the app settings. Nor have I upgraded my Apple OS. I haven’t tried creating a new registration because I’m not sure where the data is stored and I’d rather not risk losing my old data.

I saw a post from 2018 with this issue on an Android but the fix doesn’t translate. Anyone else having this problem or know the fix?

TIA,
Fred

Good morning.
Its my second night with the Dreamstation and My iPhone DreamMapper doesn’t log in, the Dreamstation itself failed to send data via the built in modern, and I cannot unpair and re- pair the Bluetooth on the the Dreamstation. Sleepyhead is new to me and its very complicated.

I will call Respironics on Monday.

They have a server down for over a day now, but no one cares...

Today is the third day I have been unable to access DreamMapper by the iOS app and Mac OS Catalina 10.15.3. I never get a login screen. Need to call customer support next week and explain.

I tried Oscar and was overwhelmed. It reminded me why I switched to a Mac from Windows when OS X came out. Oscar contains way too much information for me and I'd have to remove my data card each time = PITA. As someone else wrote, I look at my screen each morning and get the basic info I want like hours used, AHI and 95% (in the absence of DreamMapper). I use Excel to track this stuff anyway, along with daily exercise, weight, and notes like "allergy hell today."

I have oscar, its so much data, I’m not sure how to read it other them the basic pressure.

I can’t comprehend how incompetent the Philips is with their servers.

You can get more information from your machine's display with zero aggravation. I take a quick peek at mine every morning upon awakening.

Almost everybody's IT department takes the weekend off.
Wait until Monday.

Consider it a bonus, since dreammapper is entirely useless.

Glad to know it is not my machine or phone. I am on Day 3 as well. Let's hope they fix it soon.

Why? You can get more information from your machine display with a couple of touches of the buttons.

Monday 10 Feb 2020, I just got off the phone with Phillips. It is their server, no one knows when it will be fixed. I told them it is very inconsiderate of customers not to post server down situations on the login page of the Dreammapper website. That is where I go when the phone app is not working. If you try to log in, it redirects back the same login page. If they had posted the server down there, I would not have wasted their and my time calling.

Thanks. Was about to call my self. My issue is, its not uploading data via its modem either. I need to discuss something with my sleep therapist who have access online and can see everything the SD card is recording.

Its not only the app
