Does any one know where I can get encore pro for windows 7, encore basic will not format card. pm me.

I assume you're asking about it for the M Series machine in your profile?
If the "MyCPAP" card utility program will work on Win 7 (for formatting the card), I'll send it to you if you PM me with your email address.
It's a .zip file and is 457 kb in size (in case your email filter has any problems with those file types).

Another newbie to cpap and posting on here how do I post here instead of replying? Also just got a cpap the other day is the a good lotion to use for the redness on my face from the full face mask. Also is dry mouth and a slight sore throat normal at first?

Towards the top of the main board listing there is an icon that allows you to post a new topic.

I don't use tapatalk but some of the forum members here do.
I have read that sometimes not everything is available when using tapatalk...so maybe that is your issue. You might look around carefully for any sort of "post a new topic" orange button. There's also one near the bottom of the main forum page.

I use my web browser on my mobile device as I personally don't like tapatalk app.
