HI,New to this forum.
This is my question what do you use to lubricate the pillows in a cpap mask so they do not irritate nose openings.

Lansinoh ointment... but for self lubrication, not for application to pillows... be careful as you could end up with slithery pillows that don't stay put.

Lansinoh is purified lanolin, sold to nursing mothers to protect sore nipples from the ravages of a hungry infant.
It is always applied SPARINGLY--just a thin film on the skin.

I use Ayr nasal saline gel. I use a q-tip and place a small amount inside each nostril.

You could also use K-Y jelly or ultra-glide, as long as it is not the warming formula!

I used to use Lansinol but lately I've been testing Nature's Bounty Coconut Oil... it 100% pure organic oil without any preservatives or additives. It comes in a jar and is sort of solidified so it's easy to apply. I certainly do love the smell and it seems to work good. If you use it you should probably wash your pillows or mask every day.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.
