I had gastric bypass surgery 3 months ago and have lost almost 60 lbs. I have noticed a marked increase in my AHI (from around 1 to now averaging around 4) and patterns that look suspiciously like Cheyne Stokes. Is this common after rapid weight loss? My blood work has been great and I am off all my medications except for one blood pressure med (I was on 3). Blood pressure is well controlled. I hate to go for another sleep study now since I will likely need more as I continue to lose weight, Would adjusting my pressure be worth a try? If so, up or down? I am currently at 8
Here is a screenshot of a recent night - I have had several nights look like this lately.

Cheyne Stokes Respiration is a form of Periodic Breathing and your machine will flag PB if it thinks you have it.
At the level you are zoomed in with the image above you cannot really see the pattern well.
The place you did zoom in on wasn't flagged as PB though.
You have to be able to clearly see each individual breath to evaluate for CSR or just how significant PB flagged times might be.
You appear to be having clusters of hyponeas...usually they are considered in the obstructive in nature family and a little more pressure is normally what is advised for obstructive stuff.
If you do decide to increase your pressure just watch for an increase in Clear Airway events and/or times flagged as PB with events mingled into the PB flagged time frame.

I put my mouse cursor over the word "image" and right clicked the mouse and I got a choice to "view image" which I selected and the image showed up for me. You are using dropbox and that's not the easiest of places to show the images....sometimes the right click of the mouse works and sometimes it doesn't.
IMGUR.com is easier...check it out here

The image you posted doesn't end in .jpg it had other characters on the end which makes the forum not display. If you use quote you can see the link and put it in manually and you can then see it in another tab out window.
