Sure. Go to Walmart supplement aisle and buy one bottle of everything. If it's not safe, Walmart would not be selling it.

Microcytosis, macrocytosis, macrocytic, megaloblastic. You are scaring me.

Somebody told me when I joined here, "You come here thinking you have sleep apnea. Then within a few days the members will convince you of 12 other dangerous conditions you have."

I need to log off and take a pill.

I think some of the widely available vitamin pills have large enough doses to be something of a problem long term. I suggest you look at the percent of RDA that the pills have and don't go wildly overboard.

Especially be careful if you're taking multiple pills. For instance, you're taking a multi vitamin, then taking one of the supplements for eye health, and then a specific megavitamin. Some of the vitamins have known side effects if you take too much. For instance, extreme doses of vitamin A have very bad side effects.

I have taken one every few days since I went to a plant based diet. A lot of processed vegan food has it added, but I'm trying to avoid the processed stuff and focus on whole/fresh foods!

Why would you do that? You are fighting millions of years of human evolution and evolution will win.

Lol. Ample research on both sides of the plant based eating vs. including animal/dairy products way of eating. No need getting into the specifics for either side, however simply reducing it to being against evolution is funny.

Evolution itself is change. Who is to say a diet excluding meat/dairy isn't the direction we may be headed? The most recent USDA Dietary Guidelines draft calls for people to get far less of their protein from animal sources for both health and environmental reasons.

We pick our side and roll with it... good or bad. It's not like any of us are getting off this crazy ride alive.
