Re: Which DME do you use?
I use the best in network provider available to me, Crapria.
Friday they are supposed to send me the replacement heated hose for my PRS1 series 60 PAP machine since the Resmed Climateline they sent on Dec 5 didn't seem to fit my machine.
They always give fast efficient service, no matter how long it takes.
And they will never get my credit card information without a gun.

Re: Which DME do you use?
After they DEMANDED my card number (the third time, I think), I fired their miserable hineys.
Besides, all their shipping is with UPS, and our hosts will use USPS or FedEx only.

tbh, I've never seen either of them *throw* packages at my front door...Wulfman... wrote:Personally, I absolutely HATE FedEx!!!
the United States Pathetic Slugs, on the other hand, ..... frequently.
first they'd put the package on the edge of the porch, so it was more likely to get stolen, or rained on, then the next guy would take a couple steps onto the porch and toss the package at the door... and complain if there was a car parked within 10 feet of my mailbox, (even during the holidays) while at the same time delivering to my mailbox certified letters for my neighbors...

Re: Which DME do you use?
I've been using a local company for my cpap stuff and they've been pretty good. I used Lincare when I was on home O2 and found them kinda frustrating.

Re: Which DME do you use?
Lincare.
They are the only in-network (Aetna) provider in my area. I've only met with the local office once for my fitting and have yet to deal with the back office folks for supplies and re-orders. I expect that's when the fun begins.
If I end up strongly dissatisfied I may look into CPAP.com as the do-it-yourself, out-of-network alternative under my high-deductible plan.

Re: Which DME do you use?
If you live in Texas and have Aetna this a very good Company to deal with. http://www.shopmedmart.com/index.htm
Cpap.com isn't a provider for Aetna. I went from Apria to using Med mart, which turned out to be very good. For the last year I have had my supplies within a week.
Unlike Apria they keep track of any credits and remind you when you purchase the next time.
