I don't think I wake up a lot, but when I do it's because I feel like I can't breath (sinus issues), when that happens I normally whip the mask off and give up. Nothing is worse than feeling like I'm suffocating. Other than that, I have had my husband wake me up a few times because I'm breathing through my mouth.Pugsy wrote:The CAs (centrals) make me wonder...are you waking often during the night? If so, any idea why?
I have been back to feeling super tired lately. Not as bad as pre-therapy, but close. I fall asleep within a few minutes of laying down and feel like I'm going to drop if I don't get a nap in the afternoon. When I do get to nap, it takes me literally no time to fall asleep. I just lay down and I'm out.Pugsy wrote:I would look at sleep quality itself....hours of sleep and are those hours fragmented for any reason?
I take 100mg of Zoloft every night before bed.Pugsy wrote:Also I would look at meds...do you take any meds of any kind? If so, what?

I'd suggest trying a fixed pressure of 9.5 or 10.0 cm.amybeth wrote:I'm posting the last week of my reports to see if I can get some advice. I've progressively been feeling more and more tired lately (few months) and since I have no clue what I'm looking at on these reports, I thought I'd post them here for some insight. Any thoughts/opinions will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Thank you. I will try that and report back.Wulfman... wrote:

Your tired feeling could be a result of the pressure changes during the night.
