Success, success, success. I was refitted with a Mirage Swift II Nasal Pillow Mask with Head Gear on Friday. The old gear as I mentioned before just did not fit right. Chicago Granny I purchased the padded neck collar like you suggested. I also bought Penetene Oral Gel for dry mouth. I slept like a log Friday night and woke up with no dry mouth. I did not use the gel last night, (purposely) and slept like a log with no dry mouth. Granny thanks for recommending the neck collar. I thought about that but did not want to waste the money like I did with 2 different chin straps. The neck collar was the ticket to keeping my mouth closed. Plus it's really comfy........... At least for me. So I think I am finally on my way. Thank you all for your thoughts and advice with my problems!!!!!
