Kaiser does home tests and then home titration with an APAP machine for one week. IMHO, that's going to be far more accurate than a single night in the artificial conditions of a sleep lab.

If you're using a machine with auto settings to get your pressures with the intention of transferring those setting to fixed pressures, how many days of readings would be sufficient and do you take the average or worst case pressures?
