How to report significant SleepyHead bugs?

How to report significant SleepyHead bugs?
Yesterday I downloaded SleepyHead version 0.9.8-1 and encountered four significant bugs not on the previous versions. They don't totally prevent me from using the program, but, although minor, affect data veracity, operating system interface and easy of use. If I were the author, I would be interested in knowing about them. How/where can I report them?
