Have had mine for 4 nights now - tried 5 different masks before this with no joy and very little sleep. I have allergies and sensitive to latex/plastics so none of the others were ever going to work.

Was initially a little concerned as my machine indicated the mask fit was not good - went to sleep specialist who checked it on another machine and this showed it is more than adequate for effective treatment.

I rarely endorse a product but this has made a real difference. I never realised how much difference a good night sleep can make.

2 thumbs up!

I know, they are awesome. I kinda wish my nose was a little bigger,
to block the eye leakage; but my fairy godmother refuses to grant that wish.

Howie Mandel is coming out with a CPAP mask based on his routine of pulling a surgical glove over his head and blowing it up with his nose.

Well, not really, but that probably makes about as much sense as this does.

The Sleep Weaver Elan cloth mask listed in my profile has been my favorite mask even though it hasn't led to improved sleep on the machine due to other issues. Leaks are very easy to control as I don't have to do a million things to the mask to get the right adjustment.

I strongly urge anyone who is having trouble finding the right mask to look at the cloth masks from Circadiance. A wonderful friend gave me mine but if you buy online from cpap.com, there is a free 30 day money back guarantee.

Funny, TS; but at one time I wondered if there was any way to mod a surgical glove
to make an emergency cpap mask--styled after the Sleepweaver, which, surprisingly,
has worked so very well for so many and for several years.
Definitely not as silly as it looks!

I have used and like the Sleepweaver line. I have at least one of each model, from the original to the Anew FFM.
I started having problems with them when I got my new ASV machine and my pressure stayed around 24+ frequently.

With my S9 Autoset and pressure set 8-12 the SW were great.

Chunkyfrog, have you tried the new Advance size Small? I did and though my nose measured ok it was a bit small for me and I had to return. It might fit you well. The head gear with the small is the same but the smaller mask allows more forehead adjustment and changes the nose fit. I am still using my regular Advance but after trying the small I tied a knot above the original knot on the forehead string and slipped it back in the cloth loop. It fits just a tiny bit shorter and I am even happier with it.
I have finally found an online DME which will bill Medicare and am waiting for a new one . I had to buy out of pocket but worth it for sleep quality. I Can't think of anything I don't like about my Advance mask.
