The stretchy part of the headgear for the P10 is a universal size. I am also small and petite (less than 5') and I don't have any problems with the stretchy part of the headgear.

you would need
1...the stretchy headgear...no matter which color...they are the same size
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/resmed ... dgear.html

2..what I call the short hose assembly or mask assembly since it contains the hose and the frame for the nasal pillows to sit in.
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/resmed ... y-kit.html

3...nasal pillow of whatever size you might need.
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/resmed ... illow.html

You might check EBay. I recently bought the stretchy headgear and the mask assembly kit together from a seller there ...brand new, sealed package...for a little less than $40. The only thing it didn't have was the nasal pillow which I had already bought from another seller (got a good deal on 3 of the same size).

So deals are out there if you know what to look for. If shopping EBay...see what is included in the price and factor in shipping though often shipping is free. Often the same seller for the headgear section will also have nasal pillows but they just separate the listings so to abide by EBay's policy.

You might also check out Amazon.com...this one seems to be complete and includes the 3 sizes of nasal pillows and I don't think you have to submit a RX. There may be others ..but this one was first on the list.

I would like to get the AirFit P10 if I have to buy the parts please list all that I have to purchase. I have another question I am short 5'2 and so far all my mask I have used are petite, the headgear seems too big on me. I am wondering if I should try a child size one, what do you experienced users think? If so is there one that goes with the AirFit P10 if not I would be willing to try smaller headgear with a nasal mask and hopefully get a better seal.

Thank you to everyone here posting, your experience is valuable to all who don't know or are new to cpap therapy.
Do you not have a prescription?
Yes, it's possible to buy lots of this stuff (or all of it) without a prescription, but if you can get one that would simplify things.
If you originally obtained your equipment through the "normal" channels (doctor/DME) there should be a prescription somewhere and you should be entitled (by law) to have a copy of it.

I see in your comments section that you have the Optilife nasal pillow....that headgear is horrible in terms of sizing down for a small person. I know because it was one of the first nasal pillows I used...the titration study and came home with it and used it only until I found something better. There are much better models out there in terms of comfort and ability to size down for a person with a small head or facial features.

The Swift FX nasal pillow mask from ResMed is highly adjustable and a very nice comfortable nasal pillow mask.
The parts for it are pretty much the same as with the P10.....silicone headgear with elastic back strap...short hose assembly and the nasal pillow mask.
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/resmed ... dgear.html
The back strap with the For Her model is slightly shorter than the regular version..otherwise the nasal pillows and the silicone parts of the headgear are identical. So pink is a bit shorter than blue.

For any of the nasal pillow masks you can click on "replacement" parts to see what parts are sold separately.
Again EBay is a potential source.

If you like a nasal cushion type....the Swift FX Nano is very nice.

For no headgear at all you might like the Swift FX Bella Loops....just loops around the ears.

The Nano cushion also works with the Loops...I tried it and it worked surprisingly well.

I might be able to help out with the FFM if I knew what you were wanting and approx size. Maybe I have what you could use. Save you some money. All I need is a little mailing cost reimbursement. Send me a private message and we can talk about it.
I have some masks that have been donated...some new and some barely used to help help out in situations like this.
I don't have the P10 though...nor any Swift FX nasal pillows. I do have a new Nuance nasal pillow mask and/or I think I have a new Wisp nasal cushion mask you could have.
Not sure on what full face masks I might have...not a huge selection but might have something.

About 2 weeks ago I called Direct Home Medical to order a spare Pilairo Q mask. I told them that I had a doctor's prescription but they told me they did not require a copy. So I ordered a complete mask along with spare nasal pillows. I received my order within a week.
Hope this info is useful for you in your search to get a mask.

Some masks do have a smaller headgear size, but you have to ask for it specifically.

I use a full face mask, the quattro fx, and the standard headgear was too big for me. My mask did a lot of moving around, and I struggled to get it on without leaks. I learned about the smaller headgear, got it, and it made a huge difference for me. Much better.
