Great machine but why not the new one - the A10?

Re: ResMed to S-9
Rescan is available for free, as is Sleepyhead.
The first is "official" --by ResMed; the latter is a volunteer project, primarily by Jedimark
The S9's are being superceded by the AS10 line; so there may soon be discounts.

Re: ResMed to S-9
Hello Rich,
I own two Resmed S9 AutoSet machines and really like them. As other posters have alluded, Resmed, within the past month, has come out with its newest CPAP machine which is aptly named the 'Resmed S10'. Personally, I have not heard enough information, good or bad, about this new model that would cause me to buy this machine as of yet.
To answer your question, yes, Resmed has it's very own CPAP monitoring program named ResScan. This program just went through an update (newer version), probably to enhance it and add the ResMed S10 to the program. Please see this hyperlink for the latest version: http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread ... -available.
In addition, our very own forum member, JediMark, has also made a CPAP monitoring program named 'Sleepyhead' which is utilized by many forum members here. You can find it here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/sleepyhead/. JediMark has been kind enough to share the results of his efforts to all in need (if compatible with your computer) and you can join for free. After logging in, if you find Sleepyhead helpful, as many here have, there is a PayPal section where JediMark accepts donations, big or small.
Regards,
TheWino

Re: ResMed to S-9
SleepyHead does not yet support the S10 but I am confident it will in the near future.
ResScan does now.

Re: ResMed to S-9
it's not the "resmed S10", it's the "airsense 10" possibly abbreviated as the AS10, given that there will be aircurve 10 models released in the near future.Thewino wrote: aptly named the 'Resmed S10'.
