Do you have sleep apnea? Do you use a machine? Pressure? Please register (free) and I'm sure you'll get many responses.

Libby,

To echo above:
1. Please change the title of this topic to something that indicates the information you want, e.g. "headaches in the morning".
2. Please indicate whether or not you've been diagnosed with sleep apnea, and if so, what treatment you are doing for it (including details of the machine make and model, mask, and pressure settings if you are using XPAP).
3. Please indicate whether or not you've seen a doctor about this and what the doctor diagnosed or recommended.

We are not doctors here and we don't play them on the internet. If you haven't seen a doctor first, do that and then let us know what the doctor suggests.

I'd get an inexpensive recording oximeter and record my spo2 levels for a few nights, and see if i was dropping into damanging territory, for starters.

I used to always wake up with a headache when we went to high altitude, but that hasn't happened since i got my cpap. Good idea to get the oximeter.

You are completely right!!! the title is a website, selling games.
I'm deleting my previous post, suggest others do likewise. can we do this ourselves, or does forumadmin need to?

I don't think we are quite at that point yet, tho seventeen words is the least information I've ever seen in a post during the 2.5 years I've been here. Maybe Libby could come back and fill us in with some more detail.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

I tend to agree with Sir... however, if it turns out to be spam let's get rid of it in a hurry!

It's not 'spam', just random stuff someone plonked on the site thinking it was vaguely medical... certainly no word of OSA or Cpap, and probably not likely to return. Maybe we should just stop posting (well... ) and let it go away.
