If they were mostly divided between onset of sleep and awakening, I wouldn't worry, but if there was a big cluster at another time, I'd try to trace what else was going on then... but really would otherwise take a consensus of at least a week of more stable nights with more sleep hours before worrying about centrals or anything else. One night is just one night and not significant.

It seems like my centrals first started to be when I was put on Bi-level

Wait until you have a string of nights with a lot of centrals within real sleep... none of our guesses is going to solve your questions based on one night of anything.

The biggest concern is NOT the number of CAs. The biggest concern is only getting 3.37 hours of sleep

Did you take the mask off and get more sleep---in other words, did you only get 3.37 hours of mask time? Or did you only get 3.37 hours of sleep?

Next: Were the centrals sprinkled throughout the night? Or was there one or two long clusters of them? And if there were clusters of CAs, where they during a time when you were only half asleep??

I have terrible arthritis so sleep is something Struggle with., If I take the meds my breathing suffers If I don't my sleep suffers. When I sleep less than 6 hours I get up let the dog out and go in the TV room and fall back to sleep. 6 hours is good for me. I am retired and don't work too hard around the house because my arthritis prevents it so some nights I am hardly tired at all.
My bipap machine has been a god send. I usually sleep very well on the nights My pain is at a minimum
