14cm and C-flex comfort setting @ 2 will push a DME towards supplying a PR CPAP/APAP machine.
The mention of AHI data will force the DME to supply either a PR model 460 (CPAP Pro) or a PR model 560 (AUTO CPAP, i.e. APAP).
The fact that the script specifies the C-flex amount may cause the tech who sets the machine up to lock the patient out of the comfort settings. Not a big deal, we can help you get into the clinical settings to unlock the comfort settings if need be.
