Have an appointment with sleep doctor this Friday for my first follow up.
Feeling like I am having my

Hi Friar,
Some nights you don't use it many hours? Do you sleep without it? or do you just not need much sleep?

I think you might sleep better if your minimum pressure was a lot higher and your pressure range was narrower.
You are spending a lot of time at 10 cm. In my opinion, you should have you minimum set closer to 10 cm - maybe 8 and your maximum at maybe 12. Talk to your doctor about that.

I've been told that already thank you. I don't want to make myself any (unauthorized) changes (yet).
Must consult with my doctor first and inform him that I have the Clinicians Menu as well as SleepyHead and EncoreBasic and that I am able to make pressure adjustments.
Have to establish a communication (and trust) channel with him, for his consultation by e-mail since I live 300Km away from the hospital and it isn't convenient for me to travel back 'n forth. Let's see how am I going to tackle that....
Thanks again for advice.

Friar, it looks like you are doing a great job! It would be nice if you got your number of nights with at least 4 hours of usage up a bit (in the U.S., you'd barely be in compliance for insurance benefits - but I suspect that doesn't apply to you )

Insurance...
Its a national health care scheme. It covers half the cost of purchase. I can get a new one after four years provided that the one I have is not operational any more.
There is no compliance requirement of any sort. I can sell it tonight.

Not used to it, sometimes I wake up for toilet then back to bed and... ...I fall asleep forgetting to put it on.
Anyway, had my folllow up this morning, changed pressures from 4-10 to 6-12, just as all of you had told me.
Next visit to the hospital in three months.

Good luck! Let us know how it works.
About that forgetting to put it back on after going to the bathroom... Many of us have been there - in my case it was rarely a case of FORGETTING to put it back on - in my groggy half-asleep state I was able to convince myself it wasn't worth it. You have to fight that line of illogic. Once you get into that habit, it is very difficult to break it.

If you can remember to pee in the pot, you can remember to put your mask back on
Visualise yourself in that routine, I mean, rehearse it mentally, when you go to bed.
