Hi all,
I have found a problem when I want to create the report by the software resscan in the S9 autoset SD card
Any one can help to explain how can I solve the problem showed in below capture screen

Any expert could help on my question, since the report could not be created. My dad could not provide the information and the report to his doctor for review.

That's a new problem...never seen that happen.
I don't know if it is a Windows issue or a ResScan issue. Don't know what parameters were used to try to generate the report. The reason no one has offered any ideas is that no one who may have seen your problem knows how to fix it.
ResScan reports sometimes a difficult for ResScan to handle meaning sometimes the parameters/setting within whatever report we are wanting to print out can confuse ResScan but this looks like a Windows error so I have no idea what caused it much less how to fix it. Whatever the cause...it isn't a common problem.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.
