Advice request - Changes to Prescription Settings

Sometime last night I felt the pressure rising too high so as per instructions I pressed the "ramp button" and went back to sleep instantly.
Now that I am checking the report I notice a change in settings from A-Flex to Bi-Flex and Mode from Auto to Bi-Level
Having no clue what is all about I wonder if there is any action I should take.
Could I have some help here please...

It appears that you are new to CPAP at least to this particular machine.
So ... Do you have a compliance modem attached to your machine so that the DME can see your numbers?
If so, it may be that the DME changed your settings while attempting to change the settings on someone else's machine.
It's not common for this to happen but it does happen sometimes and it's great that you noticed and asked about what to do about it.

It also could be an error (bug) in the SleepyHead software and it is just reporting incorrectly.

What to do???
On your machine, the big knob is called the Dial.
Turn the Dial until Setup is highlighted.
Press the Dial once and then scroll down the parameters shown until you see the settings for Mode, Pr. Rel. , and Pressure.
Write down the various settings just for your record of the values.
Dial back to Back or Exit ( I forget which is displayed ) and press the Dial once again.
Dial to Therapy.

Compare the numbers you just recorded with those in the SleepyHead report to see if they are the same or different from the original settings.

If they are different and there is a compliance modem installed, its best to call the DME and tell them your settings changed and could they change them back to the original prescriptions settings.

If they are different and you don't have a compliance modem installed, then they actually changed on your machine and you should change them back yourself.

If they are the same as your prescription called for, then it's a bug in SleepyHead and you don't have to do anything.

I'm going to write a post on how to get to the Clinician's menu on the Philips-Respironics System One machines and get it online shortly.

You have the model 561 machine??? Not recently got a different machine?
If so....disregard that statistic page regarding BiFlex....that's a SleepyHead bug. No way can the 561 do BiFlex or Pressure support.
To get BiFlex and PS you need a model 660 or 760 machine. I suspect just a SleepyHead statistic bug. That Statistics page is still buggy...which SleepyHead version are you using? I thought he had that bug fixed.

@ JDS74. There is no modem. I've read your instructions and kept a note.
Taking into account next post by Pugsy and since my machine is the 561P, I will follow her advice and disregard that statistic page regarding BiFlex....that's a SleepyHead bug. Thanks for your trouble.

@ Pugsy you seem to be a treasure. Yes I am on a 561P machine and have the 0.9.5 testing version of sleepyhead.
I understand that Jedimark, bless his soul, is working on 9.6 so he will abandon 9.5, I would anyway.
Is there a chance of me getting access to 9.6 please (last word uttered extremely gently)

It's a pre release version and not polished up and no guarantee it will fix the troublesome statistics RX page.

No installer yet. Mark was hoping to get the installer added with the final polish up on 9.6.
So you have to run it just like you did the 9.5 version with the application.exe file.
My own personal dropbox online storage...it's a safe place to download from. I didn't sneak any bad bugs in there.

Could not notice any difference
printing problem remains the same
Still great fantastic program
a fabulous toy which I hope I will turn it into a tool someday.
