Re: Padacheeks
Personally, I did not find the liners helpful in reducing mask leaks but many forum members on this board did. They have also found other products useful. Also, Karen, provides excellent customer service as an FYI.sleeplessi n Wy wrote:Have any of you tried a product called padacheeks.

Re: Padacheeks
I have had great results with added comfort . The key is cutting just the right amount of fabric off to fit your mask and nose trim silver amounts while cutting

Re: Padacheeks
There is also a liner called Remzzz that sits on top the cushion and is not strapped down around the frame. Many people like them and I've used them from time to time.

Be sure to review the sizing chart before purchasing. You can reuse each one for three or four nights (they stretch more than Padacheek) if you always put the surface that touches your skin the same way around for each usage. This keeps one's skin oil off the mask cushion. I mark them with a Sharpie on one side to designate that side. If you go on Remzzz website they usually offer a weeks worth free if you pay shipping.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

Re: Padacheeks
I ordered a mask liner and hose cover from there. I love the hose cover. Very high quality and so soft. Easy to get on too. However, I haven't been able to use the mask liner, as it made my mask too tight, especially around the nose. I had been thinking about trying a size up on my mask, so I'll try it again if I end up doing that. I was in between the Small & Medium sizes on the mask but the RT thought the Small fit better, and I didn't argue as it didn't seem too small (doesn't pinch my nose, although I'd like more space, and my mouth doesn't fall out), but it does seem smallish.
Everyone here seems to love the liners, and I can see a lot of potential benefits. The fabric is so soft and I have some mild issues with mask lines, so I was bummed I couldn't sleep with it. Especially since it took me awhile to figure out how to put it on the mask, and to get the hole size right! Note to others: I had better success looking at the photos on the website (even zooming in on them), vs. the photos on the printed instructions that came with it. Best wishes.

Re: Padacheeks
I am terribly spoiled in that I cannot sleep with the bare silicone against my skin. I love my padacheek liners! They hold up very well and wash easily. I get two, so I always have a dry one while I wash the other.
Two things: She always makes the hole in the mask liner really small--it can always be enlarged, but it can't be made smaller. So expect to have to trim the opening for your mouth and nose. Trim VERY carefully, small little snips with a good, sharp scissor.
My one quibble is that the liners for Quattro masks stretch below the mouth. The stretched out fabric creeps up to cover my bottom lip--I hate that feeling. I solved it by twisting the Velcro connector around the loop that comes over the hose elbow (hard to describe unless you're looking at the mask and liner).
I was one of those kids who carried around a "blankie" a long time after I should have given such things up. I liked to rub the satiny blanket edging on my nose and upper lip, and the Padacheek Liners remind me of my old blankie--soft, smooth, and comforting. I have this kind of "Ahhhh" moment when I put on my mask with the liner, and it helps me fall right to sleep.
Karen is great and will work with you--if you don't find what you need on her site she'll make it up for you. I highly recommend Padacheek!

Re: Padacheeks
I absolutely LOVE my Padacheeks. Had I not found out about them and chatted with Karen when I first started on CPAP, I probably would have quit. I was using Remzzzz without much success.
My current setup is one Remzzzz between the inner and outer cushion of a PR EasyLife (the one with the forehead support) with a Padacheek liner around the outer liner, and two Remzzzz between the Padacheek and my fave. I get a great seal with very low leaks this way. And best of all, no more sores on my nose bridge (I would get a good seal without the outer two Remzzzzs, but my nose bridge would blister. The Remzzzz between the cushion layers prevents a leak where there two cushions fit together (I actually think I have a defective cushion mounting bracket and if I ever replace that, I likely don't need this Remzzzz).
Every couple months I order a replacement Padacheek and every two weeks I rotate through Remzzzz. The combinations gives me an excellent seal despite a furry face!

Re: Padacheeks
When trimming the inside hole in a padacheek liner, keep it away from the cushion.
I nicked one of mine!
