CPAP pillows
I have seen advertisement for CPAP pillows. Are special pillows useful? What works and what is a waste of money? I am now on my third mask. Keep trying to find one that is not an instrument of torture. Now have a Simplus-M full face.
Re: CPAP pillows
For several years now, I have used the cpap pillow, foam, with cut-outs on each side, for mask, and cut-out in front for shoulder. Absolutely indispensable for me. Runs about $50. Priceless.

Re: CPAP pillows
Yep. I am a side sleeper. My mask fit ok and I didn't have leaks but I couldn't quite get my head over as far as I wanted for comfort. The first special pillow I bought didn't work out well for what I needed. I then bought a different one with a different style cutout and it has made a ton of difference for me!
I say if you are having trouble or are a side sleeper they may be worth a try.

I had one but it didn't work out for me. I'm a bigger guy stomach/side sleeper and the pillow wasn't tall enough for my head to feel comfortable. I sold it on craigslist.
