The last several nights I've had under 1.0 AHI with two nights 0.0., however I don't feeling like i'm sleeping well. Again like before I started CPAP I have to get up
more than once to pee, and I awake several times per night with what I think are lengthy periods awake. I am able to lucid dream so I'm not quite sure if I am actually
awake, or if I'm dreaming. Some of my most restful sleep nights my AHI runs 7-10. All centrals. Any comments?

I'd say there's a good chance you're actually awake during those periods, which would explain why your AHI would be low. Are you taking any sedatives?

Hi Prion... I'm pretty sure you'll be asked if you can post your data. Hard to know what's going on without it.
