Was the mask still on your face? Sometimes, the hose gets pulled off while I'm sleeping if I roll over. I just put it back on. Taking the mask off in the middle of the night and not recalling doing that is common, especially in the first months of using cpap. If it's just the hose coming off, make sure it is well seated on the connector next time you go to bed.

Now using AirFit F10 mask; Quattro Air is backup mask. RemZzzz mask liners with both.

Thanks. Yesterday was really a bad day and I was exhausted last night.

Aliens.
They like to mess with us like this. Make us do all sorts of things in our sleep that we don't know or remember.
When they get bored with the "removing the mask thing"...they will likely throw in weird little things on your reports that can't be explained. That's what they do to me now.

Yeah... and every once in awhile you apparently send them to my house. Gee thanks.

I know what you mean. Saw my dr this week and we went over my stats (very good, less than 1 AHI per hour, down from 66 on my back during rem) anyway, Saturday and Monday night were less than 4 hours according to the read outs she got, but I SWEAR those nights I was on for more than 6. Just a weird week I guess.

It has happened to me twice since I got the cpap that I have woken to find the mask thrown somewhere on my bed, and looking at the log on sleepyhead the next day seen that I must have taken it off in my sleep a few hours previous. Probably not a big deal now and then.
