Re: Here is my report..help me understand this stuff
I didn't see anything except a black screen, even for the last URL in the 2nd post.
There are 3 sharing sessions on Google Drive:
1) Public (searchable)
2) Anyone with the URL
3) Only certain people (logged on with their Google account)
My first guess is you have it set to #3. Maybe there is a different problem but that is the most likely first thing to fix.
There are plenty of smart people here who will help you.

Re: Here is my report..help me understand this stuff
Let me try this again:

If anyone can help me sort out why I might be tired even when I comply so well, that would be so great. Thank you!!

Here is another view. I think it is weird how I am all over the place each day. Not two days seem the same. What causes that?

Lisa, it doesn't look to me like you are all over the place each day. In fact, that degree of variation looks pretty normal to me. We do not sleep exactly the same every night -- lots of reasons -- what we ate that day, how much is on our mind when we go to bed, how much stress, allergens in the air, other health issues including pain, what's going on in our dreams, and the list of factors goes on. For the 23 days shown in the report you are consistently averaging around 1.0 or below.LisaSch wrote:I think it is weird how I am all over the place each day. Not two days seem the same. The why am I still tired question becomes more challenging to investigate when the data doesn't offer many -- or any -- clues. I sympathize!

Re: Here is my report..help me understand this stuff
I have to agree, especially for someone on a fixed pressure. Unfortunately, CPAP therapy isn't always "the one" answer to feeling better, and even when it is it sometimes takes people months to recover from the cumulative effects of long-term OSA. Regardless it is an important step, and OSA symptoms can obscure the symptoms of other co-existent health issues, so by treating the OSA you eliminate one detrimental factor for you health and make it easier to focus in on what may remain.kaiasgram wrote:Lisa, it doesn't look to me like you are all over the place each day.
