Loud Beeping Sound from S9 Autoset

Anyone experienced a loud 4-beep sound from the S9 Autoset - It is extremely loud and has happened twice in the middle of the night in the past week. There is nothing else near the machine. The only other possibility would be a UPS but it is across the house. This sounds like it is right by my ear. Does the S9 have some sort of alarm or something? It's an alap, not a vpap. Thanks

I didn't see anything about an audible alarm when I re-read through the clinician manual.

The S9 AutoSet doesn't have any beeping alarms as part of the regular features.
The S9 VPAP has a large leak alert beep but it's pretty pitiful weak sounding.
If beeping is for sure coming from the machine look on the LCD screen for any error messages of some sort.

A common problem with many PR S1 models and some ResMed S9 models, especially BiLevel and ASV types. Try the following word search method (forget about this forum's search engine, it's junk). Go into your internet browser's search engine (I like Google), then type this in the entry space:
