S9 no data for previous night

Post by LTen » Sat Mar 29, 2014 9:06 pm

Hi all. I took the SD card from S9 machine yesterday to read data to my computer. This morning, my machine showed zero for hours usage and just a "--" for AHI. My first thought was that I'd left the card in the PC, but the card was in place.

When I go deeper into the menus, I can't tell for sure if I'm looking at last nights data or not. I took the card out and reinserted of course, but now I'm nervous about it. Is there any way to tell if there is a glitch with the card? I have gone through the various menus, but I'm not sure what to look for. Obviously the card does have data on it - I guess ?? Does the machine read from the card or does it store data?

Thanks!!

Were you checking your machine display after noon? ResMed starts a new day at noon, so if you check any time after that you'll see nothing on the machine for last night. Because you haven't gone to bed yet -- make sense? The machine does still have your data from last night, though. Use the link in my signature box below to watch a helpful tutorial on the S9. There you'll see how to check the total Hours of Use on your machine.

Thank you - that might've been the issue. Thanks for the link. I was going to look that info up. I had gone through the settings when I first got the machine, but have forgotten a lot of it.
