Hi, I have been using the Forma with the Anti leak strap for 5 months, the strap made a big improvement. I can't keep my mouth from opening while I sleep so I'm pretty much stuck with this mask.
I find the mask to be quiet unless the hose is in front of the exit vents that are above the swivel, Next to the nose. It took some time to get the headgear adjusted. Make sure the foam insert is in the channel before you put the on Cushion then give the whole thing a good push into the mask to seat it well. My biggest challenge before the leak strap was leaks in the eyes. I wear a Buff on head, long hair. I angle the strap up and am good to go. I also put some polar fleece on the forehead brace and check straps. Hope this helps. I have no noise from the anti. afix. vents. PS leaks are way down with this Mask!
Kathy

Thank you all for the tips, I plan on using them to make this situation livable as soon as I can. I am going to look into the mask liner, I liked the idea of the washable padacheek one just because I know I'd end up forgetting to stock up on the replaceable ones and my "DME" is a woman in an office that I think used to be a closet with a shelf of just random parts in it. Doubt the liners are one of the random parts.

Also, I definitely Roll Tide, but since I am a transplant (grew up in Pittsburgh, went to Penn State) it isn't quite as deep as most of the folks around here. lol

Werewolf,

Welcome. I have the software, so don't buy any. If you are unable to obtain otherwise, PM me & I can send you a copy. Your best bet is Sleephead, I learned you can get some data using that & I think the developer has an upgraded version of Sleephead to work with the Icon.

I had the Icon for a short period of time, since I had the straight CPAP, my Dr. just prescribed an Auto machine & I got the PR S1 560, a great machine with good data capability. The Icon is not a bad machine, it just didn't give me what I wanted. I love the Auto machine & would not go back to using the Icon full time. I do use the Icon as my travel machine, its easy to pack & enough room in the case for a mask.

You are not alone, there are lots of us here to help you, just howl.
