After a couple of years of CPAP therapy, my daughter noticed I developed a nervous habit of blowing air out of my mouth.
Has anyone else had this happen?

You may need to check your leak rate, and try a different full face mask or a chin strap.
--just in case it is something carried over from your sleep.
Otherwise, remind your daughter that you are getting old and need more TLC.

Yup... I remember doing that and it woke me a few times. I'm not sure it's a nervous habit, tho I'm not sure what it is. Sleepyhead didn't show anything dramatic.

Re: Developed a Nervous Habit after beginning CPAP therapy
Sonce she mentioned it, I fond myself doing it at work, while driving, etc.
It has been some time since I had a visit to check my data.
Just wondered if someone else had this issue and
had successfully gotten it resolved. It could quite possibly be an adult onset tic type issue.
Thanks!

I suppose it could be an adult onset tic type issue... tho I doubt it. I wouldn't be concerned about it unless it turns out to be constant - at which time I'd definitely check for leaks.
