Apria sent mask and hose unsolicited. How to deal with them?

My only hassle was with Lincare, and I have dumped them. I didn't order from them for a while, and when I went back and tried to place an order for a new mask, they said I needed a new prescription since it had been more than a year. Bull hockey, I say, and that's the last I've seen of them. They do call every so often asking about replacement supplies, just say no.
