Glad to hear that changing the pillow size worked out for you. It is a great mask.

(I think if I could combine the fit of the medium and the airflow feel of the large, then it would be a toss up with the Pilairo Q for me. The lighter weight and the flexible longer "short" hose being better on the P10 and the headgear being better on the Q)
