I would like to know the difference in the PR System One REMstar Plus CPAP Machine with C-Flex and the
PR System One REMstar Auto CPAP Machine with A-Flex. I need a new machine and need help. Not sure the difference in Plus and Auto as well as C-flex and
A-flex

The Plus (Model 260) is a BRICK that records nothing but usage data. Avoid it if you have a chance.

The Pro (Model 460) Is a fixed pressure CPAP that records full efficacy data. It's a fine machine.

The Auto (Model 560) is an Auto CPAP that recoreds full efficacy data. It can be run in either CPAP or APAP mode.

Of the three, the Auto is the best machine and the Plus is (by far) the worst.

Straight cpap mode gets CFlex and Auto (APAP) mode gets AFlex...

The Auto with AFlex...offers cpap mode with CFlex in addition to Auto (APAP) mode...so it's like 2 machines in one.
Like Robysue said...avoid the "Plus" machine model 260 if at all possible.
